Get Involved with The BHS Midlands Website

My name is Ali, I am the webmaster for this website - it sounds like a grand title but actually it means I spend hours sitting in front of a computer screen maintaining the site and worrying that all the links work and go to the right pages. If you do spot an error on any of the pages please email me with the details of the page and the error and I will fix it as soon as I can.

I really enjoy being involved with The BHS and web design is one of my fortes. The hardest part about doing the website is getting current and topical content, I really want this to be a website which you the Midlands BHS Members can be involved with. You can get involved in the following ways

Ali Gregory Webmaster BHS Midlands

Greg, my angel boy, sadly passed away in 2004, greatly missed

Send in your photographs

If you have photographs of you, with your horses, please send them to me and I will use them to illustrate the website. If you send me the names of everyone in the photograph and where it was taken I will caption the photograph,

Remember if it is a professionally taken photograph ensure we have permission to use it and give me the photographers details so I can credit them too.

Send in your news stories and articles

Misty my first pony, me on the right, aged about 9 with the funky blonde hair

I am always looking for news stories from the equine world that relate to the Midlands Region. If you have been to an event and would like to drop me a few lines about your experience please do, remember to send any photos of the event.

Welfare, Access and Safety issues are very important, if you have something to shout about please let me know and I can post it on the relevant page of the website.

Send in your Events and Diary Dates

Perhaps you run or work at a riding school and have a show jumping day coming up, or you are an equine therapist about to give a lecture, whatever the Midlands equine related event, please send them to me with venue and contact details - don't forget to tell me what date the event is running and what County / Region it is being held in.
